How to get started
Install Muster
In your BigCommerce control panel, open Apps and install Muster, then approve the permissions below.
Link a Muster account
The setup screen asks whether you already use Muster: link this store to your account, or create one. Either opens in a new tab.
Let Muster finish setting up
Muster places its storefront script and imports your products and orders. The checklist ticks off each step, with a button for anything left for you to do.
Ask your team
Open Muster and ask about sales, products or shoppers. Every answer is read from your own store’s data.

BigCommerce shows you this list before you install, and you approve it all at once.

Muster can read your products and orders but never change them. Because its script can run on checkout pages, BigCommerce also asks you to accept responsibility for PCI-DSS compliance before the install completes.
